We provide revisions depending on the package you selected. Customers may request free revisions provided the original concept and scope remain unchanged. Standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
While many packages include unlimited revisions, fair usage limits revisions to a maximum of 30 revision requests per project. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both our clients and our company. The following terms apply when an order is canceled unless Hemingway Publishers terminates the agreement for reasons unrelated to customer breach or non-performance.
Cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order qualifies for a full refund less a 10% processing fee, provided no initial work has been delivered and no revisions have been requested.
Refund requests made before the initial delivery are eligible for a full refund less a 10% service and processing fee.
Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of the initial delivery may qualify for a 66% refund less a 10% service and processing fee.
Refund requests submitted between 48 and 120 hours after delivery may qualify for a 33% refund less a 10% service and processing fee.
No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours from the initial delivery date.
No refunds will be granted for orders that remain inactive for more than 30 days after purchase. Reactivation fees may apply if work is resumed after this period.
Refund requests cannot be processed after final files have been delivered and accepted.
Refund eligibility for custom packages follows the same principles as individual services. Approved portions of completed work are excluded from any refund calculations.
Refund requests must be supported by a valid reason based on the original project brief and revision history. If the project can reasonably be corrected through revisions, additional revisions will be offered before a refund is considered.
Orders placed with multiple service providers for the same project solely for comparison or refund purposes may be considered a violation of good faith and may result in denial of refund requests.
Client feedback is required throughout the project lifecycle. Timely communication and revision feedback help ensure satisfactory project outcomes.
We strive to provide original content and creative work. Any similarities to existing materials are purely coincidental. Clients are responsible for obtaining copyright protection where applicable.
Additional refund limitations apply to specific services after work has commenced or milestones have been completed.
To request a refund, contact our support team and provide details regarding your concern.
Upon approval and issuance of a refund, all intellectual property rights and ownership of project materials revert to Hemingway Publishers. The client may not use, publish, distribute, or claim ownership of refunded materials.
